Celshea or The Village?

Beautiful story!
For at least three days we wandered trendissimo for these two districts, to try to grasp the beauty, uniqueness and especially to understand what attracts so many New Yorkers much to pay stratospheric prices to come to live.
In fact it is very difficult to understand.
The atmosphere is different now, people darting in and the type of bike shops and change radically. More shops
natural / biological (indeed Organic), small shops of young designers, local vegan, vegetarian, Japanese and Italian Style (not the usual spaghetti / pizza, but rather dried beef, cheese and "arucola).
Changing the style of homes. The skyscrapers disappear to make room for small houses with access ladders and windows from the street glimpse of beautiful homes, quiet streets in the vibrant furnishings.
In a sense, are similar, but I have to say that Chelsea has perhaps most impressed.
its industrial space will be rearranged in contemporary art galleries (there are dozens), will be its fashion stores and its particular local everywhere, the houses will be even more beautiful than those of the Village in contrast with modern buildings of steel and glass?
And then the amazing former elevated railway transformed (and open in recent days) in a huge roof garden, filled with wild flowers and plants, with wooden benches and couches on which to lie down and enjoy the sun or the sea breeze and innovative architectural solutions and pleasant.
Both the Chelsea Village, which are strongholds homosexuals. In
Village is less known and not see another Chelsea instead. Al runs
public games we have met gay parents walking with their children, have been legally perhaps taking a womb for rent.
Both have provided scenarios and environments to film and TV series.
From Carrie's house in the Village to Chelsea, Will and Grace.
So much beautiful places to live ...
Apple Store in Chelsea then, we see a sort of bivouac.
Hundreds of young people on the ground on beds or chairs on the field with the computer on your lap.
I say, "but that is a protest for something?" (The usual communist ...)
"in PA, but that protest ... tomorrow morning at 7 to sell the new iPhone!"
"??!?!?.... but were all very young ... I do not I can afford the iPhone! And all these? But then ... the line?? Epperchè row ??!!"
Sometimes I'm really slow!
