... ... ... ... .... Siddhartha traveled north India for over forty years teaching and preaching his message of hope and happiness, which is reached not as a gift by the grace of God, but as a conquest of his intellect and his will ."...................................... ..................... The ns. mind is in constant motion ... .. and especially my! A few years ago, thanks to people, I discovered a side of my character that I knew ... but only in part. ... Creativity! So I decided to do something to make it grow even more. In September of 2007 I decided to enroll School Of Art Institute at night Toschi Parma. In January 2008 following the beginning of a Raku pottery course at the center of Parma Eos, followed by the great Ferrari Silvana. Just for fun (or maybe not) start to do some market in various locations in Emilia Romagna, from Pr to Mn, from King to Bo arriving in the area of Cagliari in Sardinia. The experience that I'm experiencing is filling me with joy and rewards, both for items that do both for new people that I'm aware of. And the latter give you an opportunity to confront and learn! I do not know what will happen ... but I am very positive !...................................... ....... ....................... WHAT 'LA RAKU POTTERY: Raku means "joy to the day," living in harmony with the things and people. This ceramic technology has its origins in Japan in the sixteenth century, where it was exclusively reserved for the tea ceremony. Newly renovated and reinvented in the West arrives in the early '60s. In this technique, earth, fire and water are the main protagonists, with their primordial values related to the extraction of man in accordance with the Raku technique, the pieces taken from the oven is still hot are immediately placed in metal containers filled with various types of fuel (sawdust, straw, dry leaves, etc.) and immediately covered, in order to achieve a significant reduction due to lack of oxygen, creating luster and reflections caused by the chemical reaction of metal oxides present in the glazes on the particular type of fire clay used and the effect of splitting the final part of the cycle is to immerse the object in water to stop the reduction. Each piece is unique. The Raku does not give consistent results and it follows that every object will always be a unique and unrepeatable in its effects and in its coloring.
